What to do if your reward is damaged....

With over 1200 packages going out there are bound to be mistakes, breakage or tweaks. A good thing is it is only a small percentage, the bad is It happens, and I apologize if you are effected, and I want to make it right.
So here is what I need you to do.
1. be patient- we have a grand baby coming and SDCC next week- so there is a lot of chaos here- plus a bunch more to ship. It will prob be early august before i can fix things.
2. Message me at [email protected]. This will be the best email. If you message me on KS I might miss it.
3. Send photos. I need to see what happened to fix it. Also send a pic of the packing slip so I can get the right info.
4. Put all the information you can in the email. This way I can make sure we take care of you.
5. Be patient :)
I sure appreciate your support and look forward to our next adventure.

Digital rewards are going out and current update

Hi guys- I and my family are working hard at getting everything out as soon as we can- we said the final date was oct and it feels good that people are getting their goods in july. So here are the updates.
I just sent out the maps/characters/monsters pdfs for this set and the pdfs for the coloring books have been released as well.
I am drawing the 13x19 maps but those will be out in august.
6x9 originals I am trying to get those done in the next week or so before SDCC- my goal is to have all the physical books shipped and glasses.
All other original artwork I will be starting in september- this will include the 11x14 and the 13x19. There are about 30 of those pieces to do and they take time.

Today the books arrived- Everything is in product wise- I will have the pdf's for the coloring book and comic book built in the next day or so. Please be patient - We told everyone October- but it seems we will be getting some of those items out a little earlier.
So here is how it will work-
all the small tiers ship first - I will also send out a link for the maps, character sheets and monster when they are done but that will be in a few weeks.
the custom characters tier will come next- your art fits in your book.
For the big custom art- your books and other goodies will ship with the small tiers- this way you will have your books and goodies to start using. All big art I will start when all the shipping is completed and the custom art (which is almost done from the last kick is completed) The big pieces take some time-
Remember I am a one man operation- and it takes a lot to process 1500 books :) but it is worth it. I ask that you be patient as well.
PLEASE check your address in backer kit- this is soooooo important- if your book comes back because you input the address wrong- i will ask you help cover the shipping again. We don't input the addresses here when we batch out. It is the address that you put in when you joined. We want you to get your stuff- if you have questions please give me a moment as well. I will answer everyone's question, but it takes time.

The glasses are in, coloring books too...

Hi guys- i know oct is way off, but we are getting closer- the glasses game in today. They look fantastic. The coloring books are in as well as the book marks... Books will be here in about 4 weeks- I will report more soon- promise.

Ok a lot going on - but here is what's happening....
Books are approved and now in full production mode at the printer and boy do they look awesome.
Coloring books are also at the printer.... I should have those next week.
Bookmarks are completed and back here.
Cards are going to the printer on thursday.... ( i hope)
prints are being set up...
Folder is almost completed and goes to the printer soon.
Glasses are at the printer... and should be heading our way very soon...
and I am going to start drawing all the new maps in about 3 weeks... i have to finish a bunch of other fun things...
And plus my son is getting married in august... and my oldest girl and her hubby are having a baby in june or july... so life is busy but we are on track to make this happen...
Plus I have enough for book 3 and 4 - so if we get this done early - i might launch in oct?
